Give it a year.

I'm very familiar with New Year Resolutions going to pot so to rid myself of failure I'm going public. Starting on January 1st I plan to get in shape by following a new eating plan (note, not a diet) and a new workout plan by fitness trainer Brandon Carter.
Hopefully I can inspire others to do the same.
Once a week I'll be posting a photo and every now and again, a workout video.

Day 1

First day:

Breakfast: Skipped, didn’t have time.

Lunch:
Portion of cottage cheese and blueberries mixed together with a sprinkle of Splenda - full of protein and all that good stuff.

Verdict: Tastes terrible but will force myself to like it. 

Dinner: Wholegrain Pasta with tomato puree. Ended up at a restaurant so had to substitute it for the only half-healthy food there: Jacket Potato with salad and beans.
